Say You're Sorry! Say it!

Disgusting. That is the only word that comes to mind when I saw our Prime Minister attempt to implicate Navdeep Bains' family in the Air India terrorist attack. Is this really what our democracy has come to? Smearing an MP?

We need to focus our efforts on brining more decorum to the House; these shameless smears against hard-working MP's need to end. Now.

Jack Layton needs to show the political will to set aside partisan politics and demand -- yes! with other parties! -- that the Prime Minister Apologize to the House, and to Canadians. In the (distant) past, he has proven that he has the ability to set aside politics and do what's right.

I think we need to start standing up for our principles, and worry less about getting One More Seat At Any Cost in the next election. This short-sighted strategy is hurting us; just look at the polls.

Canadians aren't buying what we're selling.

Layton should demand an apology and Harper should deliver.
